- 4 ripe avocados
- juice of 2-3 limes
- generous pinch of sea salt
- 1/3 bunch of cilantro
- tablespoon of El Yucatero Salsa Picante de Chile Habanero-Green
Mash the fruit of four avocados into a mixing bowl. Begin to squeeze the lime juice into the bowl with each avocado added. As the mixture becomes a paste, squeeze enough lime juice to create a creamy texture. This will look like there is more lime juice then you normally use, but it is one of the critical components to the dish. It will provide acidity and freshness to the Guac!
Add the salt, the finely diced cilantro and the Hot Sauce. Taste to make sure your Guac is balanced. There should be a great balance between the salt, which acts as a microphone for the flavors, the lime juice and the heat. You will need to taste to see that the balance of your ingredients is harmonious.
